To be considered, you should:

• Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Public/Business Administration, Behavior Science, Counseling, Secondary Education, Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Education, Social/Human Services OR any equivalent combination numbers of years’ experience, education and/or training that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Military experience and training is acceptable.
• Have Three (3) years of experience in a juvenile treatment (Residential, Behavioral, Dentition, Corrections, etc.)
• One (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
